111 Murray Street is a striking 64-story glass tower at the center of Tribeca. Its interiors offer a modern reinterpretation of classic New York style, blending the tower’s cutting-edge design with the neighborhood’s storied past. The result is a refined, luxurious living experience.
Each residence features open, contemporary layouts that draw the eye outward through curved glass walls, showcasing sweeping city views. Towering ceilings—from 10 feet 6 inches to over 15 feet—amplify the sense of space and elegance.
Traditional design elements, like oak floors in a reimagined herringbone pattern, were updated to harmonize with the tower’s sleek architecture. Touches of blackened steel—framing kitchen cabinetry and bathroom mirrors—along with dark hardware and fixtures, subtly nod to Tribeca’s industrial heritage. The refined palette includes carefully chosen materials such as Calacatta Borghini marble, sunset gray stone, glass, and travertine.
The interior design’s main goal was to make the most of every square foot, creating stylish, functional homes that celebrate the tower’s unmatched views.
