The 111 Murray Street Sales Gallery was designed as a dynamic space where real estate executives could present a model residence to prospective buyers during the development of the nearby 111 Murray Street tower. More than just an office, the gallery offered a fully built-out residence, immersive displays of building amenities, and a curated introduction to the surrounding Tribeca neighborhood.

Located in a landmark Tribeca building, the project involved a complete renovation of an existing suite. Along with constructing the model residence, the scope included new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, A/V, fire safety, and security systems—bringing the space up to modern standards while preserving its historic character.
