Park Fifth reshapes the iconic skyline of Los Angeles while introducing a landmark residential development in the heart of downtown’s symbolic core, Pershing Square. As the first project of its kind in this area, it responds to the growing demand for urban living in the city center.
Due to its prominent location, the design balances engagement with the public cityscape and the creation of a private, comfortable residential space. The site lies at a key junction in downtown Los Angeles: to the east, a lively entertainment and retail district energizes the historic core, while to the west, Bunker Hill's office towers cater to daytime corporate life. Park Fifth serves as a bridge between these two distinct urban areas. Instead of a single large structure, the development consists of multiple buildings arranged to reflect this urban duality.
The two residential towers—standing 37 and 71 stories tall—feature a total of 860 uniquely arranged units. Each residence includes an eight-foot-wide balcony, offering personal outdoor space with panoramic views of the mountains, ocean, and cityscape. Residents also enjoy green spaces created by internal gardens and the revitalized landscape of Pershing Square. The architecture emphasizes openness, with large stretches of sky framed by clean, white concrete balconies, slabs, and walkways.
